Sole Representative Enquiries

I had an overseas Sole Representative Visa in 2020; the first entry under this visa in the UK was in December 2020. I want to apply for IRL, but I have two challenges here:

First Challenge:
My job nature required me to travel abroad most of the time and the maximum time I can spend inside the UK is 90 days a year.
So I want to know when I will apply for the ILR, is it under the allowable absences and what is the supporting documents I need to submit to get the approval.

Second Challenge:
In the Sole Rep guide, I have read that the UK branch or the subsidiary in the UK has to offer the same or similar activity of the parent company.
So, I want to know to what extent the word of similar activity could be applied because the parent company works in specialized cleaning services, and it's challenging to run this activity here, so I want to work in commercial cleaning services.
How can I make these changes, and does similar activity could be applied to my case?
