Help Required urgent!!!

Hi All,
Would you please help me with the below.

My husband got is ILR in March 2021, Myself and my child are in Tier 2 General dependent and visa is getting expired on Nov 2021.

I have been living in UK from 2013 on various visa i.e. ICT Dependent/Tier 2 General and last now on Tier 2 General Dependent, however i have been in and out of UK for a long.

Can some one suggest what visa we need to apply for extension ? Whether Myself and my child are eligible for spouse visa and family visa respectively?

How long this visa process may take since we have to travel to India urgently and since its expiring soon I cannot travel.

On what basis did your spouse get ilr? 5 years tier 2 or 10 years long residence??

When did you change to your current tier 2 dependent visa?

my husband got ILR on 10 years long residence.

i changed to Tier 2 Dependent visa in 2019

You only have one option and that is to apply for FLR m spouse and child visa meeting the financial requirements of £22,400pa and the English test.

You need to apply before you travel otherwise you will be stuck abroad. Visas from abroad can take 90 working days, often longer

just to add, since my husband visa was expiring in Nov, my visa also was given for shorter period.

It makes no difference. You have to change your visa to FLR M. You cannot continue on your tier 2 dependent visa.

You will have to wait 5 years on FLR M, 2 X 2.5 year visas, before you can apply for ilr.

sorry I'm bit confused. my husband works a bank. who earns more than £50k per annum. my husband applied for long term route(tier2 ICT , tier general dependent and Tier 2 general)

Whether I would be eligible for spouse visa because I can only see that visa type.

No, you will not be exempt. You will have to pay the IHS fees.
