Invalid visa expiry date on BRP

Hi Experts,

I am writing to seek your advice on how to handle the situation with an incorrect visa validity date on BRP.

My partner's FLR(M) application was approved at the end of July and received BRP on August 3rd. The visa is valid until date is set to Feb 2021 instead of Feb 2024. I reported it for admin review and they said it is not eligible for admin review and asked to report it as BRP error. Reported BRP error on August 3rd itself and I am waiting for an update. Its been almost 3 weeks since I reported this issue and have not heard anything. Is there anything else I should do? Any advice will be highly appreciated.
