British citizen wife Home or Overseas fee status

Hi Members.

Creating this new topic because I search the site but could not find the answer (apology if it has been answered somewhere and I could not spot it, please guide).

I am British citizen (since March 2018). When I was on Tier 4 student visa, my wife came into the UK in July 2015 as Tier 4 dependent visa. Currently we both are working full time.
She is on Spouse visa which will expire on May 2023 (after that she will be eligible for ILR). She is on 5 years spouse route.
She holds Pakistani passport and I am dual national Pakistani + British.

The Question
At the moment she is living in England on spouse visa for more than 3 years. She got admission in PhD in a university in Scotland, please guide she falls into the category of Home fee status student or International fee status student.

Have a look at the UKCISA page on Scotland: fee status for students starting from August 2021.

From a quick read, I don't think your wife meets any of the various categories for Home Student status.

Assuming that she is older than 18 years of age, she would not even meet the Long Residence requirements next year.
