I went through h-e-double hockeysticks (LL) to get my american perm res and start building a life here in New York with my American husband...I have had my legal status here for over 6 months now...
Trouble is, economy here is killing us and I want to move he and myself...back to Canada where we should have an easier time economically.
What happens to my US residency if I leave now and will Canada welcome my American husband?
Can we bring goods from our American household over the boarder?
Can we bring our beloved pet tabby cat?
Is this just a pipe dream or can we make this happen and start over fresh in my country without going belly up financially?
