Are visitors allowed to the UK from red list countries if they stay 11 nights in an Amber listed country?

Have multiple entry 5 year UK visit visa on Pakistani passport.

Pakistan is in red list countries and visitors aren't allowed.

Would visitors be allowed if they stayed in an Amber listed countries for 11 or more nights before travelling to the UK?

The guidance isn't clear from Gov website.

I too have the same question. Is it 10 days between you left the red list and arrive in the UK or 11 nights in the green/amber country. For example if you leave red list country late night and arrive in the green/amber country the morning on the following day, would your arrival day be counted as part of the 10 days period before arriving in the UK. Example, if left red list on 24th Aug, arrived in green list on 25th, then can you arrive in the UK on the 4th September and avoid managed quarantine? Or should it be the 5th? Thank you and much appreciate.
