Query about family visit visa

Hi guys

I wonder if anyone could help. My mother is applying for a visit visa for few weeks from India. As I am the sponsor, are my bank statements enough? There is not a lot of money in her Indian account to show. I could transfer from my account to hers but I have been told this will make the application weak, as it will show she is far too dependent on me. Is this true? Please advise if I should just show my account or transfer money to her account?

My dad is coming with her so she has strong family ties to go back to India but I am not sure what to do about financial ties.

If you indicate going to be fully responsible for all aspect of the journey, she is in the retired age range or even not, the amount in her account does not matter. Your account or income should be at such a level to comfortably cater for the visit.

Hello. Sorry that was a typo. My dad is NOT coming with her. So I can prove family ties. Just not sure about financial ties. Thank you
