Post by cookie_barua » Sun Sep 05, 2021 6:33 pm

Hi,

I am also going to start my Naturalisation application. We have ILR (Tier 2 route) date on Biometric Residence permit is 14 Oct 2020. We will be applying as a family, i need to confirm the following if someone can kindly help:

1. the application is per person or combined?
2. each adult (above 18) should use online AN form?
3. each child (under 18) to fill MN1 form? (my children both born outside UK in 2004 & 2009)
4. If i apply on 15 October 2021, will that be okay?
5. can i start these application online and wait to submit, (do they expire after a certain time)?

any help will be highly appreciated

Do not tag your questions onto topic that have no relevance to your situation. You tagged onto an Irish citizenship topic!!

1. Each person has to apply and meet the requirements on their own. You can add family to your application, but theirs is decided in its own independently.

2. Yes.

3. Yes.

4. Fine.

T. Yes, they remain live for about 2 months.

Date of signature on Referee Form

Post by cookie_barua » Mon Oct 18, 2021 9:19 am

Hello,

I am looking for some guidance on the signature date on the Referee form. I am applying for Naturalisation for me and my family on the 20th October. I got the form signed by the Referee on 10th Sep and another one on the 19th Sep, i am now wondering that since the signature are more than a month old, can this causes any issue. Is okay to get the forms signed almost 40 days before the application.

any help will be highly appreciated. Thank you for your support in advance
