When to upload/send supporting documents

Hello everyone, hope you are having a good day!

Me and my fiancé are getting married tomorrow and our exceptional reassurance is ending at 10th of September so we have to apply for our visa right away after we get married. However there are a few questions on the application left me with confusion.

We had to apply 3 times for exceptional reassurance to extend my stay (?) so that we could book and get married and city hall. COVID lockdowns really got us there. My fiancé visa ended on March 2021.

My questions are:

1) They are asking me “What is the end date of your current visa or leave to remain?”

I added my visa expiry date which is March of 2021. Then they asked me “ Was there a reason beyond your control why you did not apply before your visa or leave to remain expired?”

Which I answered yes because COVID lockdowns prevented us from booking and getting married. However since I answered yes they are expecting me to provide “Evidence proving your exceptional situation such as a doctor's note or death notice for a close family member”

I am at loss here. I can simply provide exceptional assurance letters from HO but I have no other proof similar what is asked above.

2) They are asking me “ Have you ever remained in the UK beyond the validity of your visa?”

I answered yes because my fiancé visa expired on March this year. Is this correct since I have exceptional assurance?

3) They are asking me “ Is this the first time you have applied for a partner route, or an extension, with your current partner (including as a fiancé(e) or proposed civil partner)?”

I said no because in order to come to UK, we had to apply for fiancé visa. Then added the reasoning of my extension as “First extension as a partner (following an initial period of entry as a partner, or as a fiancé(e) or proposed civil partner of a settled person)”

I’m thinking this is correct as well?

4) They are asking for items of correspondence addresses to me and my partner jointly for the last 2 years. We have been living together for 11 months only and we only have letters from city council about tax and registry office that include both of our names. I myself have some letters from Monzo NHS and DVLA to this address on my name.

Hopefully these are enough?

Hello all I have a very quick question. We want to switch from fiance visa to spouse visa. We got married yesterday and my exceptional assurance will end on 10th. We still do not have our marriage certificate (should arrive in a few days). May I apply now and upload my documents later on? Or do I have to do it right away?
