Priority service delay??

Hi,

I have attended the visa appointment switching from Tier 2 to Skilled worker visa on priority service (Decision within 5 working days). I have applied with my dependent together on 27 August (Friday). Given 30 Aug was bank holiday, 5th working day should be 6 September but still haven't received any decision from HO yet
Read some posts and someone received their decision after a month even applied priority service.....

Would like to know anyone has similar experience? Thanks.

Expect a few delays with the current backlog situation. However most applications would be serviced within timelines, I hope you have got it by now. If not suggest you contact ukvi who would help you escalate the case. Good luck.

Received the decision on 8th WD. But still waiting for BRP to arrive which today is already 9 WD.....

Hi,

I have submitted my application with 5 days Priority Service on 1 September, switching from Tier 2 General, and enrolled my biometrics on 7 September.

Today is my 11th WD, and I still have not received a response. I called UKVI to escalate and they mentioned escalation could take up to 15 WDs..

Anybody else in the same situation? Any suggestions?

Received decision from HO today on 12th WD.. Now waiting for BRP.

UK is facing issues with printing BRP cards. They sent an email explaining same. They said employers could check your right to work on their Employer Checking Service site. Check your email.
