Urgent Help Required - Spouse Issue

My spouse arrived 15 days ago and has already called the police on me for domestic voilence. Really confused what the agenda is.

Can experts here please guide me what steps should I be taking. How do I report to the home office, how do we cancel the visa, what other things I should be doing

Your spouse won't just called police on you without a particular reason or maybe an abuse has taking place.

Does she currently still live with you?

If you guys are no longer intending on continuing your relationship then it's best if you report it to the UKVI
