BRP - Holiday

Post by BRP-Break » Sun Oct 03, 2021 8:41 pm

Hello

How long can you travel abroad with BRP (Spouse)? Is it restricted to 1 month a year?

Are there any foreseeable issues returning with BRP (do not have British passport) due to COVID?

There is no absence limit for spouse visa holders.

Unclear what you mean you don't have a British passport.

Do you have ILR or are you already naturalised as British?

So there will be no effect on FLR(M) extension (or ILR) in future even if I decided to go on a 6 month break for family visits?
