Proof of Accommodation

Post by Allie DJ » Wed Oct 06, 2021 10:09 am

Hello,

I am applying for a Spouse Visa to the UK for the first time. Could someone please tell me the exact name of this kind of application? Is it Leave to Enter?

Also, my UK husband and I would live alone in a house that his mother owns in the UK. In order to provide proof of accommodation, what documents should we provide? Should we submit both the title deeds AND mortgage statements? Everyone seems to upload different documents with their applications so I am wondering what the best documents are to submit.

Thank you in advance.

It is a form of leave to enter.

Correct on the documents to provide. Each applicant's circumstances determines the type and or extent of document they provide in support of their application.

Thank you in advance.

Can include land registry from 2009?

Post by Allie DJ » Thu Oct 07, 2021 10:06 am

Hi all, my mother-in-law's land registry is dated from 2009. Can I still include it in my application or do I need an updated version? (I am new to all of this). Thanks!
