UK Sole Rep Visa Issued - BRP Collection Letter Missing

Hi Everyone,

I have collected my passport from the VFS Lahore office last week and my visa was issued with an entry vignette on my passport, however, the BRP Collection letter was missing.

I have contacted the Home Office by paying 2.74 and they got back to me saying we have escalated your case to the relevant department and they will get back to you within 15 working days.

I am worrying what if I do not get my BRP collection letter then I will not be able to travel, then what will be my options and what should I do. I am extremely worried.

You do NOT need the letter to travel to the UK.
