1. If a person fulfils English Requirement condition with a SELT (PTE Academic for UKVI), does that person still needs to submit a ECCTIS certificate showing UK bachelor degree equivalency?

2. General guideline is 8 weeks for In-country applications but what are the timelines these days for Skilled visa approval after biometrics submission?
