I am confused that's my husband brp visa expire on 1 January 2022 .what date should i start application.


Please if anyone could help me out .i am very worried. Some people say i can start on november advance that's help me to check again also some people say in 28 days.

The earliest you can apply is 28 days prior before your visa is about to expire or right up until on the date of expiry. Did you partner arrived in the UK on a spouse visa from abroad?

Yes partner from aboard. My english not too good . Could i apply before 28 days . Example his visa expire on 1st January 2022. I can start form november to process until i am submit in 2nd december.

You can start form from now, ensure you are log in to your account From time to time to keep it active. Now the 28 day period is before your partner completes 30months in the UK counting from when he entered the UK with the initial spouse visa vignette.
To get the exact date from which you can submit application, can you state the date your partner first entered the UK in 2019?

My husband entered the uk on 22 April 2019. As i have calculate the days is until today 29.8 month i believe. What date i can submit the application please.

Your husband eliigible to apply for FLRM since 24th September 2021.
He has betwee above date and expiration date of 1st January 2022 to submit an in time application. Good luck.

My husband came to uk spouse visa . After he camde we have 1 baby . i am trying to fill out application and i am confuse and struggling with few question. I am not sure its right or not .

1.do you have any children of 18 years old or under?
I answered yes because we have one baby under 18

2. Are all of your children applying with you on this application? I answered No
Reason my daughter is British born here .

3. Who does xxxxx normally live with?

I have reply .My child is british citizen and i have been part of their lives and wish to continue to play an active role in the upbrinings .The children will affected because my child need me to support future .
