Change Employer while waiting for police registration!

As you may know that the police registration is very slow at the moment due to Covid.

I extended my work visa and got a BRP a few months ago, but now still waiting for my appointment for the police registration to report the change and re-register in May 2022.

However, now I have got a new job offer from another employer, so I need to change employer and apply for another Tier 2 visa.

I am very worried that I will not be allowed to do so as I have not even reported my current BRP to the police due to the long wait of appointment!

It would be very appreciated if anyone can tell me whether my application of another visa would be affected if I have not reported my current BRP to the police due to waiting for the appointment?

It shouldn't be a problem. Just upload the appointment letter/email with your registration certificate and leave a note.
