Days outside uk

Hi,

I have my spouse visa extension is in January, I wanted to know how many days outside UK are allowed for a spouse visa extension?

Also when its time for my ILR how many days are allowed outside then, I keep reading conflicting information, between no more than 90 days in 12 month period and also no restrictions on days outside UK

Can some one please answer both my questions, will be much appreciated

There is no time limit for spouse.
On the spouse visa route no limit to how long one can spend outside the UK.
