FLR(M) - Previous residence countries question

Post by TUppal » Fri Oct 29, 2021 1:17 am

Dear Experts,

I am currently applying for an FLR(M) as my husband has received his ILR.

Within the elaborate application, I am required to provide details for -
"Have you previously lived in a country outside the UK including your country of birth?"

Born in 88, during my childhood over the period of 1992-2002, since my father's job was in Oman and my mother's in India, my mother and I have travelled about 10+ times to and fro, living alternately between India and Oman for around a year or for a few months each time.

If I were to add all the stays in each country, the number of entries under this section comes close to 20+

Another point is, out of these, only the last 2-3 travels were on my passport and the previous times I had traveled on my mother's passport. My separate passport was created only in the year 2000.

Additionally, some of the stamps in my mother's passport are in Arabic so I can't really figure out the exact dates of some of the travels.

Q1: Do I need to add each stay precicely even if it wasn't travelled on my separate passport?

Q2: Alternatively, do I only add the stays which are available on my passport?

Q3: Do I also attach the soft copy of my expired childhood passport and my mother's expired old passport along with the documentation?

Your expert opinion in this regard is much appreciated.
Many thanks in advance.
T
