Hello,
Hope you guys can help me, me and my husband will be applying for UK spouse visa extension. I just wanted to find out some things.
Both of us are working part-time and we both get paid cash in hand but the thing is we have started putting money from this week and my visa is expiring in 1st of May. I am worried if its a problem Because we have to show 6 months financial documents. And when is the latest we can apply as we will be getting our last payslip on 29th April just 1 days before my visa expires.

You need 6 months evidence of payslips and bank statement for the financial requirements. The latest day you can apply is the last day of validity of your current leave. If you can don't leave it to the last minute.

26 weeks suffices I.e. half of the 52 was or 1year.

Whichever means of deposit, so far your net and gross on payslip corroborates what amount is deposited into the account and reflects is what matters.
