Please advise what will happen

Hello!

I've been ivolved in a horrible mistake although I haven't received any result yet I'm likely to receive a conditional caution on my DBS.

I work as a nurse for NHS on Tier 2 visa. My solicitor has mentioned that I would lose my employment automatically and obviously my sponsorship.

I just wanted to know if it would result in deportation?

The incident is not work-related at all. Would I not be able to work outside of NHS because of a conditional caution?

2. Without knowing what the horrible mistake or caution is, no one would be able to give advice on what might happen.

If you lose your sponsorship and your visa is curtailed, unless you find another sponsor for a skilled worker visa, you would have to leave the UK.
