Travel abroad during ILR submission

Post by Tman90 » Mon Nov 08, 2021 3:37 pm

Can I travel abroad during the submission of the ILR application and the UKVCAS appointment?

I am almost ready to submit the ILR application online . I also have an abroad trip arranged in early December and worried that if I submitted and won't get the appointment date early enough... I won't allowed to travel abroad during the application process. ( I aim to do a 5 days priority service)

Any clarification would be helpful! Thanks!

If you leave the Common Travel Area, any immigration application (including ILR) is automatically considered withdrawn.
