Financial year for spouse visa? if I apply in the end of March 2022 for instance

Hello everyone

My husband and I are in the beginning of the process to prepare docs for spouse visa.

My husband is going to move out from the share house and have a holiday with me in Russia for 2 months, as soon as he is back to the UK he will rent a studio flat. So in fact I cannot show any address where will we live.
If I explain the situation the way it is, will my application be refused?

I think also to explain in my application the situation and add savings money docs from the bank and write that my husband could take a mortgage and buy a flat when arrive to the UK, but we do not know exactly if I will get spouse visa. What do you think? Will it be enough to prove accommodation?

(family permit and tourist visa were refused)

Proof of adequate accommodation in compliance with the Housing Act is an important requirement for spouse visa application. The joining spouse shouldn't arrive to be homeless.
In my opinion no explanation appeals to the sense on this. Get the accommodation situation sorted before applying.
Nothing that there is already 2 visa applications refused, it will stand you in good stead to line up your ducks first before submitting an application.

If we sort out accommodation problem only in February 2022, can we still use that full financial year April 2020 - April 2021 to prove finances of a sole trader?
or we need to wait for the other financial year?

I hope there are people who have already experienced with the issue...

1. A contract for the future rent will be enough to prove an adequate accommodation?

For instance, soon my husband will move out from a shared house (he is coming to me for 2-month holiday in Russia, so paying a rent is not worth it), all bills there are including and he has 0 documents to prove anything about that accommodation...
And we plan to apply for spouse visa on December 2021,

The question is: The proof of renting studio flat from February 2022 would be enough as a proof of adequate accommodation?

2. For example we apply in February 2022, my husband-sole trader needs to provide April 2020 - April 2021 documents? or better to wait the next financial year?

Hello everyone, please, can anyone answer the question concerning spouse visa, going to apply as a sole traider.

Could anyone, explain if it is ok to apply just before 5th April 2022
and use a financial year April 2020 - April 2021 to prove financial requirements?

Or better to wait and prepare for the next financial year?
