BRP delivered to wrong address.

Hi,
I have applied for post study work visa and UKVI granted my visa and emailed that BRP is courierd to me through TNT service. So i tracked my item with their reference number and it was not delivered to me on 2nd dec, so I rescheduled it to 3rd dec. without informing me they rescheduled to 4th dec. Morning when i tracked it says delivered and a wrong picture door was taken. I didnt receive my item and did not receive my item i searched all my street but couldnt find that door picture. Tried calling TNT service several times but no answer and i reported to Home office through a form. Please can anyone advise me how to get my BRP back as I need it urgently and all details provided were correct by my end.

Since you have reported it to HO, it is highly likely the BRP is cancelled. So even if the recipient was kind enough to return it to you, it would be invalid. You need to wait for HO to issue and send a new one.
