Hi Everyone,
I am on a CoS sponsored skilled wokrer visa woking with the employer for past 1 year. I work in a IT company in Uk. I am looking for another job, how will the CoS get transferred? What all documents and expenses are involved..? What is the process..?

You cannot "transfer" your current visa to a new employer.

A new employer has to sponsor you for a new skilled worker visa and the employer has to be a UKVI approved sponsor on the sponsor list. Visa fees and IHS payable again when you change employers.

Thank you for eesponse. Are the employers willing to provide for CoS? Or is it the same struggle as it is when coming from india?

Slightly less struggling than hiring from abroad. The employer has to be on the sponsor list, has available CoS allocation and willing to pay £1000 per year for ISC.

But first thing is to get an offer and the HR will go through due process with you later.

There few openings in area of my work. For which couple of them who have started interviewing. In general do these employers take care of this payment.?
Or do they again ask us to pay..?

The sponsor has to pay the Immigration Skills Charge which is £364/yr for small companies and £1k/yr for medium and large companies:

Note that some occupations are exempt from the ISC

The company will pay ISC.

Big companies will usually cover visa application fee and IHS for main applicant (not for dependents). You can negotiate this with HR. But bear in mind the company may consider these cost when negotiating salary with you, i.e. indirectly charging you.
