Visitor Visa for my Mother (Appendix II)

Hey everyone, I am a British Citizen and I am currently staying with my parents in India. I am lookin to travel back to my home in February and I am planning to take my mother along for few months. I have already applied for her Visitor Visa using the online portal. The checklist provided by the Home Office is fairly straightforward and only require few documents from her like Evidence of funds, Evidence of support, Evidence of the relationship etc. But the checklist provided by the VFS Global is very different. Documents like my Appendix II, Educational Evidence and Employment Evidence?

I am not sure uploading my tax returns will do anything because I live off my savings. And any money I get in my accounts is after tax. I have money in my account so I have uploaded my statements and I also own my property so there is no debt. Can someone please tell me what documents did they upload for their parents for the Visitor Visato make this easier for me please? Thanks in advance
