Documents Required for British (Spouse Visa Extension)

Hi All,

My wife initial visa was granted from Pakistan July 2019, my wife visa is expiring in March 2022. Can someone please help me which documents I will need to extend my wife visa. We have 2 years old son he is British Citizen, so me and my son are British citizen. I am working full time and can provide payslips I am on £45k per annum salary. I will really appreciate if any of you can guide me with the full list of documents for Spouse Visa Extension.

FLRM is mostly done with similar documents as the initial application exception of No TB certificate, accommodation requirements becomes evidence of cohabitation for last 2years proved by 6 letters if addressed to you both or 12 if individual, English Test at level A2 (but you can do B1 to save cost and time later on).
