Received passport around 1 month after but no application number
Received application number in Aug 2019.

1. Was out of Ireland more than 6 weeks in one of year
2. Traffic Offense - 3 points of overspeeding, fine was paid within the time.

No, they didn't ask to send back original GNIB card.
