Consent Form and Application Submission

Hi All, Happy New Year!

Can some one confirm the below please.

1. Employer letters, GP etc must be issued within 28 or 30 days before the application submission date. Is the submission date when the fee is paid or when you start completing the form?

2. My spouse and I have a joint Council tax letter and a utility bill, but she is a house wife. Does that class her as being financially responsible? There is question asking if we are jointly financially responsible I.e. have joint utility bills etc. Do we need to sign and provide a declaration for it?

No There is question asking if we are jointly financially responsible I.e. have joint utility bills etc. Do we need to sign and provide a declaration for it? No you don't need to sign a declaration for this particularly, what is required is for you to answer YES or NO to the question.
