CAN U SCORE THIS?

Hi Everyone,

My application was received by HO and I have received my new reference number by mail, just awaiting decision.

I was refused based on the fact that I submitted photocopied evidences which were not accessed.

I had the following scores:

1. Acaademics 15 - Point awarded

2. Work Experience 25 - awarded 0 point

two out of my 4 evidences do not have employer ref, so evidence not enough.

3. Earnings 25 - awarded 0 point

Most of the original docs mixed with photocopies packs, so could not be accessed. Hence, no point was awarded.

4. Partner 10 - awarded 0 point

Most of the original docs mixed with photocopies packs except marriage certificate, so could not be accessed. Hence, no point was awarded.

I have recently submitted a paid review like this, after careful review of this site:

1. Academic -15

Notarized copy of certificate submited (i wrote to HO if notarized copy were still being accepted for the new application, they replied in the affirmative).

2. Experience - 25

All previous evidences submitted including the two new references from former employers which were missing initially. All showing my start & end dates, duties responsibilities and requirements of graduate degree. Employment and confirmation letters, confirmation letter for accetance of resignationetc.

3. Earnings - 25

Breakdown of net income for 12 month on spreadsheet, also attached is Oanda Fxconverter for daily currency exchange to confirm my claim.

Payslips (contain info about tax deductions) stamped and signed by employer. All my personal info on my payslips correspond to the one on the bank stmt.

Bank stmt stamped and signed by the bank.

Salary letter

Could not provide Tax stmt cause it is not yet ready.

4. Partner -10

marriage cert

more than 6 evidences (bank stmts, joint bank ref. letter, joint shres cert, etc) address to me and my spouse.

I followed through based on what was HO responses to my former application on the refusal letter.

NOW, the big question if you were HO caseworker (dont mind me), I know it may never be the same thing but I know that there are experts who can say something, what will you score me?

I think it all comes down to which caseworker will take your application and what kind of mood he/she will be in.

I haven’t yet sent my docs, but I’ll try to assess your documents (and you assess mine in return, aaight?)

Education: they say explicitly you should provide original evidence, so I would probably not give you points for that.

Experience – hell knows, they may find flaws in your letters. Just read that sticky topic abt experience letters…explains it all.

Earnings - again, hell knows. If you are not submitting your tax returns, they can use it a reason not to score any points.

Partner – seems ok.

Yah thatz a good one. First, for my notarized copy I wrote HO to comfrm if it is appropriate and a reply was received in affirmative, which copy I attached to my cover letter and I mentioned that before I sent it.

On your Application. I will say its pretty okay.

But for the 2nd employer ref. but if you have your emploment letter and may be confirmation letter I think It will enhance your chances.

I think generally we stand a better chance by God's grace.

Let keep our fingers cross and wait for the best.
