Please Help !! - Query regarding Legal earnings for Tier 1

Post by janetseb » Tue Oct 28, 2008 2:47 pm

Hi All..

Am about to apply for Tier -1, i got some doubts regarding my case.Could any of the senior/knowledgeable members suggest/advice on this

1.Obtained (WP) from company A from 08-Aug-2007 - 12 months (08-Aug-2008)
2.Obtained FLR(IED)(WP) within UK and subsequently granted visa with Company B on 12-May-2008 for 5 years.
3.Applying for Tier 1 this week with 11 consecutive month pay slips from company A.(Sep 2007 to July 2008)

Will my case be considered legal , meaning my Payslips and bankstmts from Company A for June and July 2008 are valid for the caseworker.i am worried if the change in visa to Company B in May might cause a problem for june and july income from company A being considered.

i had a personal circumstance and could only inform my employer (Company A) about my intentions to quit at the end of june 2008 and had to serve a months notice period thereafter.

Any help is very much appreciated.

Cheers

An income earned legally (w.r.t. visa, taxes paid etc) can used to claim points in earning attribute. I guess you know you need to supply two evidences.

Thanks rajesh9pl for the positive reply, i have 2 sources and paid taxes etc for both these months, my only worry/fear is if the caseworker might say that since i got my FLR(IED) stamped before the notice period , that she/he might refuse to accept my last 2 months payslip as legal ...any thoughts on this is very much appreciated...

Does BHC accepts performance based BONUS as part of previous earnings? Tax was deducted on this BONUS.

Friends:

One thing more you told me that BHC accepts the bonus if it was mentioned on the salary slip. Let me explain you my case:

My company had deposited monthly salary of Aug in my bank account on 2nd sept. 2008 while performance based bonus was given to me on 23rd sept, 2008 and deposited on the same day in my bank account. In this case; should my company have to mention this bonus on my salary slip of Aug? Please note that both salary and bounus were deposited in my bank account separately. Please guide.
