Document Date for FLRM Online Application

Hi,

I have submitted application online for my wife's visa extension. I would like to know about the dates on documents as it says that "documents should be dated within 28 days"; is it within 28 days when you submit the application or within 28 days when you upload documents. as I have chosen to upload documents at Bio metric centre.

Any help will be appreciated. Thank you
