IT Professionals in UK - Job Prospects...

HI Friends

I am also preparing to apply for HSMP, & working in IT field. I have over 7-8 Yrs of IT Exp & Working in ERP like SAP/PeopleSoft.

Ajay Kumar, Shahid & Other guys from IT who recently migrated to UK under HSMP, pls make little effort to
share their experiences....

As you people are from the same field like mine, Could you pls guide me, & others ...in the following

- After how much time you got the HSMP approval?

- Howz the IT market in UK? Jobs are there in good nos?

- And how abt salaries, in what range one can get?

- Is there any problem in getting IT job like...no UK exp? Only Indian exp they count or not?

- Which IT skills are in more demand i.e having more no. of openings

- What skills in IT are getting best paid jobs?


Pls try to explain ...
