Query about qualifying for PR while on ICT

Hi All,
I am travelling to UK on Skilled Worker Visa while my wife may travel on ICT though we have an option of her travelling on dependent Visa. I have following queries -
1. Will she qualify for PR while on ICT Visa once we complete 5 years in UK?
2. If she is converted as dependent after 1 or 2 years, will she be eligible to qualify for PR when I (Skilled Visa Work holder) will complete 5 years?
3. Will she be eligible to get PR only when she will complete 5 years of stay in UK after becoming dependent?

By PR, do you mean ILR? Assuming that you mean Permanent Residence, that was a status that was only available to EEA citizens and their family members before Brexit.

ICT visas do not lead to ILR at all at the moment, though that is under review. Indeed, there is also a restriction that a person cannot be on an ICT visa for more than six continuous years. Thus they would not qualify for ILR under the 10 year Long Residence pathway either.

2. If she is converted as dependent after 1 or 2 years, will she be eligible to qualify for PR when I (Skilled Visa Work holder) will complete 5 years?

No, she can't combine residence in the UK under different visa categories to qualify for ILR in five year. Visas under different categories count towards the 10 year Long Residence pathway.

3. Will she be eligible to get PR only when she will complete 5 years of stay in UK after becoming dependent?

She will be eligible for ILR after five continuous years residence in the UK under a dependent category, if the appropriate conditions are met.
