FLR(M) query

Hi All

We are due to submit an FLR(M) application in May-2022. The passport that holds current leave to enter vigil expires on Jan-2023.

By the time we are eligible to apply for ILR, the passport above will have expired. Will this have an impact on the ILR application which I guess we will submit around Jan-2025.

Thoughts would be appreciated

Renew the passport accordingly.
