us visit visa and caution

Hi
I wanted some advise I have a police caution in uk in 2019.
I want to visit US as some family friends are there
Shall I be granted a visit visa on the fact of being issued a caution ?
or what can I do to prevent a refusal and make my visit visa application successful .

It depends what the caution was for and where it falls in the "moral turpitude" category.
