Citizenship Information need

Post by Baba786 » Thu Jan 27, 2022 12:36 am

Hi
I got my First stamp 4 EU fam Sep 2014 till Sep 2019. But my stamp got cancelled in October 2018 due to marriage of convenience. My baby was born in 2018, due to my baby from another woman. Inis cancelled/revoke my stamp. I applied for my kids Irish passport based 3 to 4 years spending in the state but they refused due to marriage of convenience.
My kid automatically transfer on his biological mother status. Approved asylum.
then i put review in 2018 and waited decision till 2021. I got decision that minister declared marriage of convenience
during that time i also put application for family reunification based on my son and i got status of stamp 4 in 2021 but they refused my eu treaty rights.
I received letter stating minister revoke my permission from 2014 to 2018.
Question is that
from 2018 till 2021, i was on EU TREATY RIGHT CASE REVIEW AND GRANTED TEMPORARY STAMPS 4.
IS THAT recognisable in that state for citizenship? i mean time will calculated from 2018 or when i granted status for family reunification?
Also when my son will be eligible for Irish passport? he is 3 and half years and 2 years and 3 months on his asylum status.
when he can apply for Irish passport? as he born in Ireland.
please reply.

If the Minister has revoked your permission and confirmed his decision in the review, that revoke applies to the review as well.

If your son was born in Ireland, he would be entitled to naturalisation after he resides in the state for 5 years. Alternatively if his mother applies for naturalisation after residing in the state for 3 years based on asylum status, he would be able to apply for naturalisation after his mother’s naturalisation certificate has been issued.
