PBS dependent child on skilled visa holder

Hi, My wife holds skilled work visa valid till Jan 2024. My son is PBS dependent on her. My wife’s employer is asking her to apply visa again due to her promotion which we will do it next month.

My query is if I need to apply dependent visa for my son also again along with my wife?

Not mandatory, his visa will remain valid until Jan 2024.

thanks. Just one more query, Can my son travel to India and come back with me while my wife is not travelling with us? Basically, i want to know if dependent visa holder can enter UK without main applicant with him?

If the main PBS/Skilled worker holder is in the UK, then that’s okay.

hello,Main skilled worker holder (my wife) be in India but my son will be coming back to UK with me and I am ILR holder. Will this create any issue for my son?
