Recognised Graduate Temporary

Hi,

I am quite interested in applying for this visa (Recognised Graduate Temporary - 18 months).

I have read the details at immi.gov.au.

I still was not able to find the answer to the following questions and I was wondering if all you gurus are able to help out:

* Are we expected to submit bank statement, if so, what is a safe minimum???
* The postal location shows that applications (including passport) should be posted to Australia. Can one lodge an application for this visa in UK - maybe to the consulate?
* What is the average processing time.
