Spouse - Leave To Enter Visa Renewal

Hi there,

I was granted a 'Leave To Enter' permit in June 2019 which is about to expire in March 2022 and is for 33 months and also the same visa type for my Daughter who is 4 years old. We both are in the UK now.

I wanted to know what type of Visa myself and my daughter have to choose for renewal which will also lead to ILR in the future (2024) and my husband is currently on ILR?

Please let me know what would be the IHS fee for each of us and also the documents required, please?

Thank you for your reply, My husband is on ILR currently and my visa and my daughter visa type is 'Leave to Enter' which was issued in India in 2019 and now we need to renew our visa's so a bit confused to choose which is visa need to apply for renewal with in the UK and also leading to ILR in 2024 which out any affect. Thank you Vinny, I'll include my child in my FLR(M) application but still do I need to make a separate application for my child and pay the application fee for her also? Thanks

Include child in your application. The fee wil automatically calculate correctly for both of you. Each applicant pays a fee for the visa and IHS.
