PBS extension ILR Dependent

Hi All,
Last year I got my ILR. I have applied PBS skilled extension visa to my wife on 21st Jan 2022.
After submit application no update still application submitted it’s showing, how long it will take for the decision. She having only 3week left her current visa about to expire . Can anyone help on this .

If you applied using the standard service, it takes anywhere between 8 weeks and 6 months.

It doesn't matter if her visa expires if she has already submitted and extension application.

Thanks for the information. Currently her employer asking to show the visa status to continue the employment.

They can use the UKVI right to work website to check her right to work.

You could have applied for an extension as soon as you got ilr, whenever that was.

My first visa I got 3Years. I got extension 2019 and applied my ILR in 2021 with 5years tier 2 route. I married her in 2019 Dec and I applied the visa in india which valid till 2022 feb. Now I applied her extension another 3Years. She working at moment.

when i click ''extend or switch to your Skilled Worker visa as your partner'' after few steps it ask what is the main applicant status ( their is no option of settled person, the only option i can see that may be relevant is skilled worker visa, is that what u used to apply ?
Is English test required for application ?

Put yes and mention skilled visa.
Mention 3Years don’t worry about current brp expires.
For your wife put start application date from there 3Years end date.

Give your ILR application number which you recived decision email.

I applied 21Jan and pbs visa extension successfully today.

Sorry to post on this thread but I am little confused about the form to fill for dependant visa. There is only one application for skilled worker. Does the dependant fill the same application form?
