Need help to clarify dependants visa processing

Hi, I am currently on ICT visa and applied my dependants application with my current company COS. Hopefully, she will receive her visa by end of this month and will travel in March 1st week. I have also received an offer from a new employer providing sponsorship so I will be moving to Skilled Worker Visa by April I am assuming. My question is do I have to reapply my wife's visa again as my COS changes or can she continue with the current visa till its end ?
