Pls need your advice

I have my sis in law back home who is interested in the health and social care visa as she has some little social care background . Apologies to sound naive but I checked on gov. Uk but can’t find anything regarding certificate requirements or number of yrs experience . So pls

Would she need a minimum number of working experience or any certifications?

We have seen the list of sponsors on the gov website but how do we get one to Sponsor her? Who do we contact?

The order should be reversed. She should get an offer first and then discuss visa issues with the potential employer.
