Terrible attention to detail by Tower Hamlets Registrar Office staff and have made an official compliant about this to the Tower Hamlets Mayor. For a London Borough with a large percentage of ethnically diverse people, it is important to pay attention to spelling during data entry. Three weeks of hell and stress for no reason!
