I need an URGENT Help regarding my Family/ Spouse visa application.

My husband has ECAA Turkish Businessperson - Turkish Worker Visa and I have applied for FLR as a dependent.
On the Spouse visa page, I was eligible to apply. I finished my application; however there is a declaration form my husband needs to sign before the UKVCAS meeting. In the form, he must declare he belongs to one of these categories: 1) British citizen 2) settled in the UK 3) refugee in the uk. But, he is none of them as he is still on the visa and will have his settlement after 1,5 years.

What should we do in this case? I am planning to write a cover letter and explain the situation but is there anything else that we can do? I am just scared of being applied the wrong visa type.

You are probably completing the wrong application form. FLR M or FLR FP forms don't apply to you.
