Newly born baby for HSMP Parent

Hi Guys,

I am HSMP holder and I received my EC from NZ in Feb 2008.We have arrived in UK in May 2008 and My wife recently gave birth to a baby girl in UK. We are NZ citizens.

My question is, How can I apply for the visa to newly born baby and what visa can I apply for my baby and what are the documents I need to send to home office, do I need to pay any fees to home office.

Please let me know

What are the documents required, Is it ok, If I submit my passport
Do I need to pay any fees for the dependant visa for the baby
