Flr extended visa

Post by Ashraf10089 » Fri Mar 04, 2022 12:08 pm

I'm currently doing my spouse extended visa.
When it comes to evidence of cohabitation I am confused because my wife arrived in the UK in May 2019. She was unable to get an address same as me until November 2019. Also we had the same issue when trying to get her registered to a GP they wanted proof of address which was a huge headache. We managed to open her bank account in November 2019 and she started work from January 2021. In August 2020 we moved out from my parents home and we now have council tax and utility bills on our same name.

In a nutshell this is how it looks for our evidence,
November 2019 - August 2020 evidence of her bank account address and hospital appointment. On her name.

August 2020 we both have our names on utility bills and council tax.

Would these evidence be enough?

Evidence of cohabitation is required for only the last 2years.
Do you have other letters or correspondences that bear your names? Online ones are also accepted.

From August 2020 we both have our names on utility bills and council tax. But from 2019 till August 2020 she has separate bank statements with her name and the same addresses as me.
Is there another solution?

As we were living with my parents from 2019 would it be wise to have them write a letter that we were both living at the same address?

Yes, it would.
