FLR (M) Non applying children

Post by formanite.one » Sat Mar 05, 2022 3:12 am

Hi All Members/Gurus,

I am a British citizen and my wife is on a spouse visa her visa is expiring end of the month, we have only 1 son, and for both of us it's our first marriage, my son got a British passport due to me, he is 2 years old.

I am stuck on one part of the application can someone please help me.

Non-applying partner for Mrs XXXX XX (My Wife)
Do you have any children of 18 years old or under? ( I believe YES we fill it as we have 1 son)
Are all of your children applying with you on this application? ( This we are not sure what we need to fill YES OR NO?? I don't believe we need to add my son as he is British if I select NO they start asking too many details about my son that why he is not applying? who is responsible for his finance etc? if we select YES option dont think its right as we did not mention him in the application?

Non-applying partner for Mr XXXX (ME)
Does Mr xxxxxx have any other children in the UK that are not applying on this application?
We have only 1 SON ( SO i believe we will fill NO)?

I think "no" is correct. Son is not applying because son is a British citizen. British citizens cannot be subject to grants of leave. If he applied, then his application would be void and they would have to return his fees.

FLR (M) - Super Priority Serivce - Next Day

Post by formanite.one » Sat Mar 05, 2022 11:05 pm

Dear Group Members/Gurus,

I am applying for my wife's spouse visa extension FLR(M), I want to apply for super-priority one day service, can someone guide me on how I can apply I have reached the last section of the application where they ask for an application fix there is only one option their Standard Application.

Can someone guide me on how I can apply for super-priority service or is this a system glitch?

Regards

There is no constant "super priority service" option available, it exists only when the dedicated team has capacity to take on more applications. See this topic.

Dear Gurus/Member,

Can you please suggest what we need to fill in Section 3.

PART 1: Consent for the Home Office to verify application information : My Wife Signed
PART 2: Consent for the Home Office to verify third party information: I Sigend

PART 3: Consent for the Home Office to verify information from third party sponsor
If the information or documentation relates to another person or persons who is to provide the applicant with financial support, that person or persons* should sign the following declaration:
I have agreed to provide financial support to the applicant as set out in the application form. I have provided information or documentation to support the application. I understand the Home Office may verify the information or documentation which has been provided.
I agree to the provider of the information or documentation giving the Home Office relevant personal data it holds about me. This is limited to that which is necessary to confirm that the information or documentation the applicant has supplied is genuine and correct. If that information or documentation is not genuine or correct, the provider may give the Home Office details of any irregularities, inaccuracies or discrepancies in the information or documentation, and may also disclose to the Home Office the correct information that they hold.

I am not sure about PART 3 can someone please suggest do I need to sign or leave it blank?

Regards
