Landing after 1year UK - Disadvantages

Hi All,

If one land in UK after 1year of getting Tier 1, is there any problem with regards to this

And specificaly with respect to extension and filling residency ?

Please advice.

you need to satisfy Tier 1 extension criteria i.e. income and get 75pts in the end of it...read this for further details. good luck
