Legal aid no visa

Evening all.

I was wondering if anyone can tell me :
If someone was on a spouse visa which got curtailed and is now waiting for a Discretionary leave visa ,are they currently eligible for legal aid for divorce purposes?

Legal aid doesn't usually cover divorce costs.
